Where do products ship from?

Every product ships from the supplier who lists it, and each listing names where it dispatches from before you import it. Our network includes suppliers in your own country, which is what keeps delivery times and return journeys short.

How does pricing and commission work?

Every product carries a wholesale price from its supplier, and you set the retail price your store charges on top of it. The gap between the two is your margin, and our own plan fees and rates are published on the pricing page so you can work the numbers out before you import anything.

Can I edit product details after importing?

Once a product is imported into your store, you can edit its title, description, images and price to match your brand. Supplier-side details like stock levels keep syncing automatically.

Do I need to hold inventory?

No. DropAcross is a dropshipping platform, so you list and sell products from verified suppliers without buying or storing any stock yourself. Products stay with the supplier until a customer orders them through your store.

What happens if a product goes out of stock?

Stock levels sync from the supplier, so a product that runs out stops being available in your store instead of being sold and cancelled afterwards. When the supplier restocks it, the listing picks that up on its own.
